1 global campaign

I led the art direction for a global campaign in celebration of International Women’s Day, spotlighting 30 women across AWS with the goal of honoring their diverse stories and identities through bold, individualized creative. I shaped the vision and aligned stakeholders around a concept rooted in authenticity and representation.

In close partnership with artist Aurélia Durand, I commissioned portraits that were vibrant, expressive, and reflective of each woman’s lived experience at AWS. We developed a visual system that balanced cohesion with individuality – pairing illustrations with personal quotes, working within the brand palette, and custom campaign typography to add a personalized touch to the pieces.

In addition to leading the visual direction, I designed and coded a dedicated landing page to host the campaign, collaborating with our copywriter to ensure the experience felt elevated and intuitive. We extended the campaign across social and internal channels, driving visibility and connection on a global scale.
