One city.
Five brands.
One smart production.

Five Amazon brands — AWS, Amazon Music, Amazon Ads, Prime Video, and Devices — each needed high-quality photo and video assets. At an estimated $70k per single brand shoot, running them separately would have cost $350k. I saw an opportunity to do it smarter.

I proposed and led a consolidated multi-brand production in Mexico City, bringing all five brands together under one shoot and reducing total production cost to $150k (a $200k savings without compromising on quality or brand individuality). The goal was long-term value: ownable b-roll, employee interviews, and stills built to last for years across global libraries.

The creative challenge was real: five distinct brands, five visual languages, one production team. I briefed the photo and video team on each brand's individual style, audience, and capture goals, then led day-of art direction on set to ensure every brand got what it needed. Working alongside photographer Troy Nebeker and the team at Kontent Partners, the work stayed cohesive across brands while feeling authentic to each one.

The result was 300+ images and 12 hours of cut down, ready-to-use footage added to the global library, real Amazon employees in real Mexico City spaces, and a production model that proved multi-brand shoots could deliver more for less.

Bold.
Authentic.
