Designing a global EVP that resonates

As Senior Art Director for AWS’s employer value proposition (EVP) initiative, I led the development of a cohesive visual language that brought our EVP to life across digital and physical touch-points. The system balanced AWS’s tech leadership with human-centric storytelling, driving brand consistency across social media, paid ads, recruiter tools, and environmental graphics.

I extended this creative into actionable, scalable assets including ready-to-use social and paid media templates, stakeholder resources like email graphics and celebration GIFs, and branded swag such as stickers and desktop backgrounds. These tools empowered global teams to deploy EVP messaging efficiently and with creative integrity.

I also art directed supporting video content to align with the overarching visual strategy. This holistic approach positioned AWS as an employer of choice, creating a unified and engaging brand experience for candidates and employees alike.

We created a teaser video with our friends at Gorilla Gorilla to bring our EVP to life in a way that feels true to AWS. I assisted with paring the brand’s abstract illustrative style with the human side of our employee story, showing how innovation and people come together at AWS in an engaging way.
